Asset-Based Leadership
Asset-Based Leaders follow a roadmap to build or rebuild communities and organizations based on the capacities, skills, and assets of its residents. Too often, leaders are problem-focused and overlook valuable community assets. Leaders who identify the diverse assets in the community in new ways to piece them together create new visions for what a community can accomplish. It’s like “solving a big puzzle”.
Leadership Resources
Our lessons represent valuable resources for educators, businesses, and communities to develop current and prospective leaders by using an asset-based focus as they explore ways to include the visions and experiences of the organization or workgroups.
TRLP is ready to partner with your community to prepare emerging leaders and sharpen the skills of current leaders with an Asset-Based Community Leadership Development experience.
Program participants receive ongoing support in the form of an online community, online resources, alumni groups, and other value-added products and services.
These valuable resources are available only to TRLP registered class participants and alumni. To explore having the TRLP program offered in your community, use the form on this page (where is the form), and visit our curriculum page to see what you can learn.
